Terms of Service

Last updated: March 28, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Leo Edge Dispatcher website.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Leo Edge Dispatcher website and online materials (the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About Leo Edge Dispatcher

Leo Edge Dispatcher provides professional truck dispatching and related support for owner-operators and carriers, including services such as load booking support, rate negotiation, route planning coordination, paperwork assistance, and dispatch communication across the United States and Canada. Descriptions on the Site are general and may change.

3. Website Is Informational

The Site provides marketing and educational information about our services and allows you to request a consultation (for example by booking a discovery call).

Using the Site or booking a call does not, by itself, create a dispatch service contract or make you a client.

Dispatch services are provided only after mutual agreement, required carrier documentation (such as authority, insurance, and related onboarding items), and any separate written or electronic service terms we provide.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Case studies, testimonials, statistics, and examples on the Site (including revenue, rate-per-mile, on-time, or volume figures) are illustrative only. They do not guarantee future results.

Freight markets, broker relationships, equipment, lanes, weather, and carrier performance all affect outcomes. Your results may differ.

5. Discovery Calls and Scheduling

When you schedule a call through our Site, scheduling may be handled by a third-party provider such as Calendly. A booked call is a request for discussion only. We may reschedule or decline consultations at our discretion. Third-party scheduling tools are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or reverse engineer the Site
  • Interfere with security or access features
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload malicious code or content

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's content, branding, logos, layout, and design are owned by Leo Edge Dispatcher or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Site materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing.

8. Third-Party Services

The Site may integrate or link to third-party services (including scheduling, hosting, or analytics). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEO EDGE DISPATCHER AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US SOLELY FOR WEBSITE-RELATED ACCESS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These limits apply to Site use. Separate limitations and terms may apply under a dispatch service agreement if you become a client.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Leo Edge Dispatcher from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Site or these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise (including mandatory consumer protections that may apply to users in other jurisdictions, including Canada).

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The "Last updated" date will reflect the change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
